- You can earn an associate degree in Business Studies while employed at EDM.
- Employees are eligible to participate in the classes once they’ve been employed for 30 days and they are an EDM direct hire. This benefit is limited to full-time staff who must be in good standing with no performance improvement plan.
- Upon completion of this program, the estimated value for employees is approximately $40,000 (tuition and books).
- All classes are offered on-site at EDM.
- Students who complete the associate degree will be eligible to continue in the business bachelor’s degree program at Lackawanna College with a discounted rate of up to 21% off of standard tuition.
